Instructions
Incorporate the cream into the cheese.
Add the yolk, salt, pepper, chives, and garlic to the cheese and cream mixture.
Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
Whisk the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
Fold the whipped egg white into the cheese and cream mixture, blending again to combine the ingredients well.
Put the mixture in the refrigerator and let it rest for a few hours until it solidifies and cools.
Once the garlic cheese is well chilled, it is ready to be served.
Notes
Add some chili pepper for a spicy kick.
