  • Incorporate the cream into the cheese.
  • Add the yolk, salt, pepper, chives, and garlic to the cheese and cream mixture.
  • Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Whisk the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold the whipped egg white into the cheese and cream mixture, blending again to combine the ingredients well.
  • Put the mixture in the refrigerator and let it rest for a few hours until it solidifies and cools.
  • Once the garlic cheese is well chilled, it is ready to be served.

Notes

Add some chili pepper for a spicy kick.
