  • In a suitable container, add 100 cl of cold water.
  • Soak the pieces of gentian root in the water.
  • Let it infuse for 4 hours at room temperature.
  • After 4 hours, strain the infusion to remove the solid pieces of root.

Notes

For an extra touch and a more pleasant flavor, add a cinnamon stick or some thin slices of fresh ginger during the infusion phase. These ingredients will not only enhance the taste of your infusion but also boost its digestive and anti-inflammatory properties.
