  • Pour equal parts of Vermouth Bianco, Peychaud, and Gin into the shaker, respecting the proportion of one third for each.
  • Close the shaker and shake it vigorously for about 15 seconds to cool and mix the ingredients well.
  • Take a lowball glass and squeeze a twist of lemon into it to flavor the glass with the essential oils from the peel.
  • Strain the contents of the shaker into the prepared glass, being careful not to let the ice cubes fall into the glass.
  • Garnish the cocktail with a thin twist of lemon, giving it an elegant final touch.
