Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup carrot juice Carrot Juice
  • 1/4 cup fennel juice Fennel Juice
  • 1/4 cup celery juice Celery Juice
  • 1/4 cup lettuce juice Lettuce Juice
  • Lemon juice to taste Lemon Juice
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt Yogurt Natural

Instructions

  • Start by juicing the vegetables to obtain fresh juices. If you don't have a juicer, you can use a blender and then strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to separate the juice from the pulp.
  • In a large pitcher, pour the carrot, fennel, celery, and lettuce juices.
  • Add lemon juice to taste, based on your preference for the acidity of the drink.
  • Take the natural yogurt and add it to the juices in the pitcher. Gently mix with a long spoon or a whisk until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • Taste and adjust the amount of lemon if necessary, according to your personal preference.
  • Serve the juice in cold glasses for an immediate refreshing effect.

Notes

To add a special touch to the recipe, decorate each glass with a light sprinkle of freshly grated ginger and a mint leaf for a spicy and extremely refreshing note that will perfectly complement the natural sweetness of the vegetables.
