  • Soften the butter at room temperature.
  • Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic clove.
  • Mix the chopped garlic with the softened butter and work the two ingredients until obtaining a homogeneous cream.
  • Spread the garlic cream on the slices of dark bread, making sure to cover the entire surface evenly.
  • Cut each buttered slice of bread into three equal parts to obtain some appetizer-sized slices.
  • Heat the sausage on the grill until it becomes slightly crispy and golden, then cut it into pieces of the right size for each slice of bread.
  • Place a piece of hot sausage on each previously prepared slice of bread.
  • Sprinkle the slices with cumin seeds to taste to add an aromatic touch.

Notes

To give a special touch to your appetizers, add a sprinkle of smoked paprika along with the cumin seeds for a more intense flavor and a slight spicy note that will enhance the taste of the grilled sausage.
