  • In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with grated pecorino, finely chopped garlic and parsley, salt, and pepper. Add the olive oil and mix well.
  • Fill the tomatoes with the mixture, place them in an oiled baking dish, and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.

Notes

To add a unique twist to the recipe, try sprinkling the gratin tomatoes with dried herbs such as oregano or thyme before cooking, or add a handful of pine nuts to the mixture for a surprising crunchiness!
