  • For the green sauce: heat the olive oil in a pan with a crushed garlic clove to infuse it with its aroma without overpowering the other ingredients.
  • Add the fresh chopped parsley and basil along with the lemon juice to the light sauté for a citrusy touch that balances the dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Quickly mix the sauce ingredients, removing from heat before the herbs lose their vibrant color, and combine them with the previously cut cuttlefish.

Notes
