Recipe Cocktail Alexia: A Twist with Gin Coffee

A refined and creamy cocktail with a coffee twist, made by mixing Gala Caffè Stock, gin, and milk cream. Finish with a sprinkle of coffee powder for an elegant presentation. Try the twist suggestion for a unique touch!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Coffee Gala Stock
  • 2 tablespoons Gin
  • 2 tablespoons Milk Cream
  • 1 pinch Coffee Powdered

Instructions

  • Take a shaker and fill it halfway with ice.
  • Pour 2 tablespoons of Gala Caffè Stock and 2 tablespoons of Gin into the shaker.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of Crema di Latte.
  • Close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker feels cold to the touch.
  • Strain the contents of the shaker into a double cocktail glass, being careful not to let any pieces of ice pass through.
  • Decorate the surface of the cocktail with a pinch of coffee powder, sprinkling it gently to create a visually pleasing effect.

Notes

To add a unique touch to your Alexia Cocktail, try using lightly whipped cream to give more body and creaminess to the drink. Additionally, you can add an orange zest inside the shaker before shaking to infuse a citrusy note that pairs perfectly with the flavor of coffee and gin.
