Instructions

  • Start by chilling the flute in the refrigerator for a few minutes. Make sure it is cold but not excessively so as not to alter the flavor of the ingredients.
  • Slowly pour the raspberry syrup into the flute, being careful not to splash it on the glass walls.
  • Add the maraschino with the same caution, trying to pour it delicately along one side of the glass to keep the liquids separated.
  • Repeat the process with the red curaçao, pouring it carefully to preserve the distinct layers.
  • Proceed with the yellow chartreuse, once again being careful not to mix the ingredients.
  • Finally, complete with the champagne, pouring it gently to maintain the layering of the liqueurs.

Notes

To add a personal and unique touch to your Pousse Parigina, decorate the rim of the glass with colored sugar or small fresh berries such as currants or blueberries. This will not only add an eye-catching visual element but also a subtle fruity note to every sip.
