  • Start by chilling a cocktail coupe in the freezer for a few minutes.
  • Meanwhile, take a shaker and fill it with ice halfway.
  • Pour in the following order: the Passoa, the Frangelico, and the Crema di Latte into the shaker.
  • Close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, so that the ingredients mix well and the drink cools down.
  • Remove the cocktail coupe from the freezer and pour the contents of the shaker through a bar strainer to retain the ice pieces.
  • Finish the cocktail by grating some of the lemon zest directly over the drink to garnish it and enhance its aroma.

Notes

To add a unique twist to the cocktail, try infusing the Crema di Latte with some vanilla or cinnamon powder before use. This will give the drink a spicy note that pairs perfectly with the nutty notes of the Frangelico.
