  • Close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, to mix the ingredients well and further chill them.
  • Remove the ice from the flute or take it out of the refrigerator if you had chilled it previously.
  • Strain the contents of the shaker into the flute through a bar strainer to prevent ice shards from falling into the glass.
  • Complete the cocktail by gently topping it with chilled champagne, pouring it slowly along the flute's wall to preserve the bubbles.
  • Serve immediately after adding the champagne to enjoy the freshness and effervescence of the cocktail.

Notes
