Prepare a delicious and fresh mango sorbet with lemon juice and vanilla sugar. Serve it in cups and, for an exotic twist, add a pinch of chili powder or grated fresh ginger during the preparation.
Cut the mangoes in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.
To prevent oxidation, immediately mix the pulp with lemon juice and strain it.
Calculate 100g of sugar for every 250g of pulp obtained and mix the sugar with the pulp, stirring well until completely dissolved.
Add the vanilla sugar to the mixture and mix it again.
Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and follow the instructions of your appliance to prepare the sorbet.
Once ready, serve the sorbet in bowls, forming balls with the appropriate tool.
Notes
For an exotic twist, add a pinch of chili powder or freshly grated ginger during the sorbet preparation to contrast the sweetness of the mango with a spicy or flavorful note!
