Spaghetti with Capers and Anchovies

Instructions

  • 1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
  • 2. Cut the anchovy fillets into small pieces, rinse the capers, wash the parsley, and peel the garlic.
  • 3. Blend the ingredients in a mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • 4. Heat a salad bowl.
  • 5. Mix the anchovy mixture with the oil in the salad bowl.
  • 6. Season the spaghetti with the anchovy and oil mixture, adding some of the pasta cooking water if necessary.

Notes

Add some chili flakes for an extra spicy kick.
