Instructions
1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
2. Cut the anchovy fillets into small pieces, rinse the capers, wash the parsley, and peel the garlic.
3. Blend the ingredients in a mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
4. Heat a salad bowl.
5. Mix the anchovy mixture with the oil in the salad bowl.
6. Season the spaghetti with the anchovy and oil mixture, adding some of the pasta cooking water if necessary.
Notes
Add some chili flakes for an extra spicy kick.
