Veal with Garden Flavors

  • 1. Take the veal and cook it in a pot with a little olive oil until it is golden on all sides.
  • 2. Add the cooking cream to the pot and let it cook over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  • 3. Meanwhile, clean and cut the mushrooms, pearl onions, bell peppers, and celery into pieces.
  • 4. Add the vegetables to the pot with the meat and cream, stirring well to distribute them evenly.
  • 5. Continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes, until the vegetables are soft and the meat is tender.
  • 6. Transfer the meat to a cutting board and slice it thinly.
  • 7. Arrange the veal slices on a serving plate and cover them with the vegetable sauce.
  • 8. Serve the Veal with Garden Flavors hot, accompanied by side dishes of your choice.

Notes

For an extra touch, add a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy kick.
