Instructions
1. Take the veal and cook it in a pot with a little olive oil until it is golden on all sides.
2. Add the cooking cream to the pot and let it cook over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
3. Meanwhile, clean and cut the mushrooms, pearl onions, bell peppers, and celery into pieces.
4. Add the vegetables to the pot with the meat and cream, stirring well to distribute them evenly.
5. Continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes, until the vegetables are soft and the meat is tender.
6. Transfer the meat to a cutting board and slice it thinly.
7. Arrange the veal slices on a serving plate and cover them with the vegetable sauce.
8. Serve the Veal with Garden Flavors hot, accompanied by side dishes of your choice.
Notes
For an extra touch, add a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy kick.
