Instructions
Pour the corn into a salad bowl.
Add the peeled, seeded, and chopped tomatoes.
Add the diced mozzarella.
Add the celery stalks cut into small pieces.
Add the green bell pepper sliced into rounds.
Dissolve the salt with the vinegar.
Pour the salt and vinegar mixture into the salad bowl.
Add the pepper.
Add four tablespoons of olive oil.
Mix all the ingredients well.
The corn salad is ready to serve.
Notes
Add some chopped fresh parsley for a touch of freshness.
