Instructions

  • Pour the corn into a salad bowl.
  • Add the peeled, seeded, and chopped tomatoes.
  • Add the diced mozzarella.
  • Add the celery stalks cut into small pieces.
  • Add the green bell pepper sliced into rounds.
  • Dissolve the salt with the vinegar.
  • Pour the salt and vinegar mixture into the salad bowl.
  • Add the pepper.
  • Add four tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • The corn salad is ready to serve.

Notes

Add some chopped fresh parsley for a touch of freshness.
