In a bowl, mix the white flour, whipped cream, baking powder, and salt.
If the dough is too dry and doesn't hold together, add a little milk. If it's too soft, add a little flour.
If preferred, it's possible to substitute part of the whipped cream with olive oil to give a different flavor.
Shape the dough into desired shapes, with a thickness of about half a centimeter.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle each dough with za'atar, cumin, sesame seeds, rosemary, or other seasonings as desired. It's possible to lightly prick the surface of the dough with a fork before adding the seasonings.
Add an olive, a piece of pepper, a rolled anchovy fillet, a piece of herring or smoked salmon, cheese, oregano and tomato sauce, a slice of hot dog or a piece of sausage, or any other preferred ingredient on top of each dough.
Finally, bake the dough in a preheated oven at 250°C for about 10-20 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Notes
For an extra touch, grated cheese can be added on top of the dough before baking.
