Instructions
1. Put the ice cubes in the shaker.
2. Pour the pineapple cream, Galliano liqueur, and whipped cream over the ice.
3. Close the shaker and shake for a few seconds without stopping.
4. Transfer the mixture obtained into the appropriate cocktail glass.
5. Sprinkle raspberry syrup on the surface of the 'Panama'.
Notes
Add a splash of lime juice for an extra touch of freshness.
