Instructions
Cook the rice for 18 minutes with 3 cups of salted water.
In the meantime, chop the meat, peel and dice all the vegetables except the tomatoes, softening them in boiling water for 6 minutes.
Then mix the meat with the vegetables and extend the cooking broth with hot water and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Peel the tomatoes and crush them.
Serve by putting the rice in a soup bowl, then the crushed tomatoes, the chopped parsley and pour the soup on top.
Notes
Add some chili for an extra spicy kick.
