  • Cook the rice for 18 minutes with 3 cups of salted water.
  • In the meantime, chop the meat, peel and dice all the vegetables except the tomatoes, softening them in boiling water for 6 minutes.
  • Then mix the meat with the vegetables and extend the cooking broth with hot water and let it cook for 15 minutes.
  • Peel the tomatoes and crush them.
  • Serve by putting the rice in a soup bowl, then the crushed tomatoes, the chopped parsley and pour the soup on top.

Notes

Add some chili for an extra spicy kick.
