Instructions
Finely chop the tuna and place it in a bowl.
Add the eggs, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese to the bowl with the tuna.
Mix all the ingredients well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Take the mixture and form a loaf, rolling it well.
Wrap the tuna loaf in a piece of cloth and tie it tightly.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and immerse the tied tuna loaf in the boiling water.
Boil the loaf for half an hour.
Once cooked, remove the loaf from the water and let it cool completely.
Once cooled, slice the tuna loaf into thin slices.
Serve the slices of tuna loaf with mayonnaise as a side dish.
Notes
Add chopped black olives to the mixture for an extra touch of flavor.
