Tuna Loaf

  • Finely chop the tuna and place it in a bowl.
  • Add the eggs, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese to the bowl with the tuna.
  • Mix all the ingredients well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Take the mixture and form a loaf, rolling it well.
  • Wrap the tuna loaf in a piece of cloth and tie it tightly.
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and immerse the tied tuna loaf in the boiling water.
  • Boil the loaf for half an hour.
  • Once cooked, remove the loaf from the water and let it cool completely.
  • Once cooled, slice the tuna loaf into thin slices.
  • Serve the slices of tuna loaf with mayonnaise as a side dish.

Notes

Add chopped black olives to the mixture for an extra touch of flavor.
