Drain the hearts of palm from the preserving liquid and slice them.
Place the sliced hearts of palm in a salad bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of mustard with 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, the juice of half a lemon, mayonnaise, and a handful of chopped parsley.
Pour the prepared sauce over the sliced hearts of palm.
Mix well to ensure the hearts of palm are completely coated with the sauce.
Serve the Hearts of Palm with Mayonnaise immediately.

Sprinkle some grated cheese on top of the hearts of palm before serving.
