Hearts of Palm with Mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Drain the hearts of palm from the preserving liquid and slice them.
  • Place the sliced hearts of palm in a salad bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of mustard with 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, the juice of half a lemon, mayonnaise, and a handful of chopped parsley.
  • Pour the prepared sauce over the sliced hearts of palm.
  • Mix well to ensure the hearts of palm are completely coated with the sauce.
  • Serve the Hearts of Palm with Mayonnaise immediately.

Notes

Sprinkle some grated cheese on top of the hearts of palm before serving.
