Instructions
Prepare the two ice creams following their respective recipes.
Take four tall glasses and place them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so that they are very cold.
Whip the cream until it reaches a firm consistency.
Take the glasses from the refrigerator and distribute the cream ice cream and chocolate ice cream equally in the four glasses.
Decorate each cup with whipped cream using a pastry bag, creating a design as desired.
Pour a little cherry syrup (or other flavor of your choice, as long as it is red) on each cup of ice cream.
Complete the decoration of the cups with the ladyfinger biscuits, placing them harmoniously on the surface of the ice cream.
Add a candied cherry to each cup to complete the decoration.
Serve the Harlequin Cups immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra touch, you can add dark chocolate shavings or chopped hazelnuts on top of the whipped cream.
