Instructions
1. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
2. Add the pasta to the pot and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
3. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
4. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
5. Add the diced tomato and cook for a few minutes until it becomes soft.
6. Add the pasta to the skillet with the tomato and mix well to distribute the sauce.
7. Add the grated grana cheese and mix again until the cheese melts and blends with the pasta.
8. Serve the pasta with grana cheese hot and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Add some freshly ground black pepper for an extra touch of flavor.
