Pasta with Grana Cheese

  • 1. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  • 2. Add the pasta to the pot and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
  • 3. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  • 4. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • 5. Add the diced tomato and cook for a few minutes until it becomes soft.
  • 6. Add the pasta to the skillet with the tomato and mix well to distribute the sauce.
  • 7. Add the grated grana cheese and mix again until the cheese melts and blends with the pasta.
  • 8. Serve the pasta with grana cheese hot and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Add some freshly ground black pepper for an extra touch of flavor.
