Instructions

  • Finely chop the anchovies in oil, garlic, parsley, and capers.
  • Put the obtained mixture in a bowl and add the olive oil.
  • Mix all the ingredients well until obtaining a homogeneous consistency.
  • Let the sauce rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • The cold fish sauce is ready to be used as a pasta dressing or as a sauce to accompany fish dishes.

Notes

Add some chili for an extra spicy kick.
