Instructions
1. First of all, clean the tuna without scaling it.
2. Prepare a suitable shaped baking dish and create a bed of salt inside.
3. Place the tuna on the baking dish, on top of the salt bed.
4. Completely cover the tuna with the rest of the salt, making sure it is well covered from all sides.
5. Preheat the oven to 200-230 degrees Celsius.
6. Place the baking dish with the tuna in the hot oven and let it cook for 20 minutes.
7. Once cooked, remove the baking dish from the oven and break the salt crust that has formed.
8. Remove the tuna from the salt crust and place it on a serving dish.
9. Season the tuna with olive oil, salt, and pepper, to taste.
10. Serve the hot salt-crusted tuna and enjoy.
Notes
Add finely chopped herbs to the tuna before covering it with salt for an extra flavor kick.
