Mix together the finely chopped almonds, chocolate, cocoa and coffee powder, and flavorings.
Whisk egg whites together with salt and lemon juice, add sugar and mix for about 2 minutes.
Then add the chopped almonds.
Using a pastry syringe with a star-shaped nozzle, squeeze the dough, forming the macaroons.
Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes at 160 degrees in a preheated oven.
Tip: You can garnish the macaroons with a cut-out orange peel, previously warmed in syrup.
