In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the noodles.
Halfway through cooking, insert the broccoli previously washed and cut into small pieces, letting it cook along with the noodles.
Meanwhile, in a skillet, add 2 tablespoons of diet olive oil and fry the prosciutto strips until golden brown.
Drain the noodles and broccoli al dente, add the golden ham and mix well.
Sprinkle the dish with plenty of grated Parmesan cheese and pepper to taste.
Notes
For an extra touch of freshness, try adding fresh herbs such as basil or finely chopped parsley before serving. This will not only add flavor but also a nice color contrast to the dish.
