Instructions
1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the San Vincenzo cocktail.
2. Fill a mixer halfway with ice.
3. Add the Dry Vermouth, Bitter Amaro, and Gin to the mixer.
4. Shake the mixer vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to mix the ingredients well.
5. Take a bulbous glass and fill it one-third with the prepared cocktail.
6. Take an orange peel and lightly squeeze the juice into the glass.
7. Add the orange peel to the glass as decoration.
8. Serve the San Vincenzo cocktail immediately and enjoy it cold.
Notes
Add a splash of lemon juice for a touch of freshness.
