  • 1. Take a shaker and add the rum, vermouth Cinzano Rosè, bitter Campari, and Mandarinetto.
  • 2. Shake the ingredients vigorously in the shaker for about 10-15 seconds.
  • 3. Take cocktail glasses and fill them with ice.
  • 4. Pour the contents of the shaker into the cocktail glasses, being careful to strain the ice.
  • 5. Garnish each glass with a cherry.
  • 6. Serve the Cardinal immediately and enjoy it cold.

Notes

Add a splash of lemon juice for a touch of freshness.
