Instructions
Peel two oranges to the core and slice them.
Squeeze the other two and put the juice in a bowl.
Combine the yogurth and sugar with the juice and mix well.
Divide the mixture among four small cups, distribute the sliced oranges and sliced almonds on top.
Keep refrigerated for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For an even cooler touch, add a sprinkle of chopped fresh mint or a few basil leaves to the preparation. This will not only add a surprising aroma, but will make the dessert even more refreshing.
