Quick and Light Yogurt Oranges: The Perfect Healthy Treat

Instructions

  • Peel two oranges to the core and slice them.
  • Squeeze the other two and put the juice in a bowl.
  • Combine the yogurth and sugar with the juice and mix well.
  • Divide the mixture among four small cups, distribute the sliced oranges and sliced almonds on top.
  • Keep refrigerated for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For an even cooler touch, add a sprinkle of chopped fresh mint or a few basil leaves to the preparation. This will not only add a surprising aroma, but will make the dessert even more refreshing.
