Sardines with Vegetables

  • 1. Clean and bone the sardines.
  • 2. Arrange the sardines in a single layer in a baking dish.
  • 3. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  • 4. Add 20 g of butter and a chopped parsley on the sardines.
  • 5. Sauté over high heat for 10 minutes.
  • 6. Grate the zucchini over the sardines and distribute the chopped spinach.
  • 7. Sprinkle with the remaining butter.
  • 8. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.

Notes

Add some lemon juice on the sardines before baking them for a touch of freshness.
