Instructions
1. Clean and bone the sardines.
2. Arrange the sardines in a single layer in a baking dish.
3. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
4. Add 20 g of butter and a chopped parsley on the sardines.
5. Sauté over high heat for 10 minutes.
6. Grate the zucchini over the sardines and distribute the chopped spinach.
7. Sprinkle with the remaining butter.
8. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
Notes
Add some lemon juice on the sardines before baking them for a touch of freshness.
