  • Bring the mixture to a boil over low heat.
  • Let the mixture rest for 2 weeks.
  • Pass the liquid through a fine-mesh strainer into a bottle.
  • Add a strip of lemon peel to the bottle.
  • Cork the bottle with a cork stopper.

Notes

For an even more aromatic vinegar, consider adding spices such as cloves or star anise during the boiling phase.
