Wine vinegar
Instructions
Peel the lemons and shred the peels.
Introduce it into a large container, preferably an ovenproof dish.
Add the juice from the lemons.
Last, add the vinegar.
Bring the mixture to a boil over low heat.
Let the mixture rest for 2 weeks.
Pass the liquid through a fine-mesh strainer into a bottle.
Add a strip of lemon peel to the bottle.
Cork the bottle with a cork stopper.
Notes
For an even more aromatic vinegar, consider adding spices such as cloves or star anise during the boiling phase.
