  • Let the tarallini rise for 20 minutes.
  • Soak the tarallini in boiling water until they come to the surface, then drain.
  • Arrange the tarallini on a baking sheet greased with oil.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes.

Notes

For an original twist, add spices such as parsley, spring onion, garlic, oregano and a touch of grated cheese to the traditional ingredients. This will give your taralli a unique and irresistible flavor. Remember to adjust the amount of water if the dough is too dry or too moist.
