Half a liter of milk is taken, 4 chopped macaroons are soaked in it and left for half an hour.
In a pan put 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of cocoa and 4 tablespoons of milk.
It is then combined with milk, placed in a mold and cooked in a bain-marie.
Notes
For a personal touch, add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla into the mixture to further enrich the flavor of the pudding. If you want a lower-calorie dessert, you can replace the sugar with a sweetener and use skim milk.
