Open 10 mussels, chop shellfish with garlic, parsley and sausage.
Combine parmesan cheese, eggs, squeezed bread and salt, and breadcrumbs if needed.
Open the other mussels, put a little of the filling in each, close them and tie them up.
Cook them in a sauce made with tomato, onion, garlic and parsley.
Notes
