Arrange the cookies in the bottom of a small bowl.
Sprinkle them with orange juice so that they soak completely.
Separately, in a cup, mix the yogurth with the homogenized pear mixture until smooth.
Pour the resulting mixture over the cookies, coating them completely.
Before serving, let it rest in a cool place (but not in the refrigerator), covered with a saucer, for about 30 minutes.
Notes
For an even yummier variation, you can add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla to the yogurth and homogenized pear mixture. This will not only enrich the flavor, but also add a delicious aroma to your soup.
