Easy and Quick Baked Sea Bass

Ingredients

  • 1000 g Sea Bass quality
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 clump Parsley
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Lay a sheet of aluminum foil on the table and lay the fish on it.
  • Salt and pepper it.
  • Introduce a sprig of rosemary inside the fish.
  • Generously douse the fish with oil and lemon juice whisked together.
  • Sprinkle the fish with chopped parsley.
  • Close the foil and place it on a baking sheet.
  • Place in hot oven. Baking time averages 15 minutes per pound.

Notes

For an extra touch of flavor, you can also add lemon slices to the inside of the foil. This will not only enrich the taste but also the aroma of the dish. Suggested wines to accompany this dish are: Alto Adige Pinot Bianco DOC, Montecarlo Bianco DOC, Castel Del Monte Chardonnay DOC.
