Instructions

  • Place pepper on the tenderloin and crush it with a meat tenderizer to let it penetrate.
  • Cook the meat in a skillet with a little butter, sprinkling it with salt and cognac for flaming.
  • Remove the steaks and thin the cooking sauce with cream; season with salt and pour over the tenderloin.

Notes

For an even tastier variation, try adding a pinch of herbs such as rosemary or thyme when cooking the steaks. This will add a touch of freshness to the dish. Also, for optimal cooking, remember to let the meat sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before cooking.
