- 300 G Strawberries Strawberries
- 30 G Butter Butter
- 1/2 Onion Onion
- 1 Glass Dry White Wine Dry White Wine
- 150 Cl Broth Broth
- Olive Oil Olive Oil

- Wash the strawberries thoroughly and drain them well.
