Spaghetti with Capers and Anchovies
Ingredients
- 12 Anchovy Fillets Anchovy Fillets
- 1 Tablespoon Salted Capers Salted Capers
- 1 Bunch Parsley Parsley
- 1 Clove Garlic Garlic
- 8 Tablespoons Olive Oil Olive Oil
- 320 G Spaghettini Pasta Spaghettini Pasta
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
- 2. Cut the anchovy fillets into small pieces, rinse the capers, wash the parsley, and peel the garlic.
- 3. Blend the ingredients in a mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- 4. Heat a salad bowl.
- 5. Mix the anchovy mixture with the oil in the salad bowl.
- 6. Season the spaghetti with the anchovy and oil mixture, adding some of the pasta cooking water if necessary.
