- 4. Completely cover the tuna with the rest of the salt, making sure it is well covered from all sides.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 200-230 degrees Celsius.
- 6. Place the baking dish with the tuna in the hot oven and let it cook for 20 minutes.
- 7. Once cooked, remove the baking dish from the oven and break the salt crust that has formed.
- 8. Remove the tuna from the salt crust and place it on a serving dish.
- 9. Season the tuna with olive oil, salt, and pepper, to taste.
- 10. Serve the hot salt-crusted tuna and enjoy.
