Peach flan is a light and tasty dessert, perfect for summer. Made with simple ingredients like water, wholemeal flour, cornstarch, egg whites, peaches, olive oil, and cinnamon powder, this dessert is easy to make. The preparation involves boiling water with oil, adding flour and cornstarch, cooking for 5 minutes, and letting the mixture cool. Then, the egg whites are beaten until stiff peaks form and one peach is chopped. The beaten egg whites, chopped peach, and cinnamon are added to the cooled mixture and thoroughly combined. The mold is lined with peach slices and the mixture is poured into it. The flan is then baked in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
