Hunter’s Canapé

107

Canapè Del Cacciatore is a delicious appetizer made with roasted pheasant, bread, butter, and foie gras pate. The pheasant is carefully deboned and sliced into regular slices, while the bread is sliced and crust removed. The butter and pate are mixed together to create a soft and creamy mixture, which is spread on each canapè. A slice of pheasant is then placed on each canapè. Finally, the canapès are arranged on a serving plate.
