Harlequin Cups
Ingredients

- 1 Chocolate Ice Cream Chocolate Ice Cream
- 250 G Cream Whipped Cream
- Cherry Syrup Cherry Syrup
- 8 Ladyfinger Biscuits Ladyfinger Biscuits
- 4 Candied Cherries Candied Cherries
Instructions
- Prepare the two ice creams following their respective recipes.
- Take four tall glasses and place them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so that they are very cold.
- Whip the cream until it reaches a firm consistency.
- Take the glasses from the refrigerator and distribute the cream ice cream and chocolate ice cream equally in the four glasses.
- Decorate each cup with whipped cream using a pastry bag, creating a design as desired.
- Pour a little cherry syrup (or other flavor of your choice, as long as it is red) on each cup of ice cream.
- Complete the decoration of the cups with the ladyfinger biscuits, placing them harmoniously on the surface of the ice cream.
- Add a candied cherry to each cup to complete the decoration.
- Serve the Harlequin Cups immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra touch, you can add dark chocolate shavings or chopped hazelnuts on top of the whipped cream.
