Instructions
- Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
- Arrange the sliced potatoes in a large baking dish previously greased with olive oil.
- Wash and dry the already filleted and opened anchovies, then pass them in the lemon juice.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the finely chopped garlic and parsley.
- Press the anchovies on the breadcrumbs on both sides, so that they adhere well.
- Arrange the breaded anchovies on the potatoes in the baking dish.
- Drizzle everything with olive oil and salt to taste.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, or until the anchovies are gratinated and the potatoes are soft and slightly crispy.

Add a sprinkle of grated cheese before baking for an extra touch of flavor.
