Semini Golosi is a delicious first course made with semini pasta, ham puree, and vegetables. Delicious Pasta
Instructions
- In a pot, bring 500 g of slightly salted water to a boil.
- Add the potato, carrot, zucchini, and celery to the pot and cook for about an hour.
- Once cooked, drain the vegetables and save the cooking broth.
- Puree the cooked vegetables using a blender or a potato masher.
- In another pot, bring 250 g of the previously saved vegetable broth to a boil.
- Add the pasta to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes or until al dente.
- Take some of the cooking broth and pour it into a plate.
- Add 2 tablespoons of the cooking broth, the ham puree, and the whipped cream to the vegetable puree.
- Mix the ingredients well until obtaining a smooth cream.
- Add the cooked pasta, not too drained, to the vegetable cream and mix gently.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix again to combine all the ingredients.
- Serve the Delicious Pasta hot and enjoy!
Notes
Add freshly ground black pepper for a touch of spiciness.
