Cold Mediterranean Pasta

- 500 G Pasta Tagliatelle Pasta
- Tomato Diced Tomato
- Basil Basil
- Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 200 G Mozzarella Mozzarella
- Black Olives Pitted Black Olives

- 1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water following the instructions on the package.
- 2. Once cooked, drain the pasta and let it cool to room temperature. You can do this by sprinkling it with a veil of olive oil and turning it from time to time to prevent it from sticking.
- 3. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into cubes and put them in a bowl.
- 4. Add salt, pepper, and chopped basil to the tomatoes.
- 5. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and add it to the bowl with the tomatoes.
- 6. Also add the pitted black olives.
- 7. Pour a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil over the preparation and mix well to flavor all the ingredients.
- 8. Season the pasta with the prepared dressing, gently stirring to distribute it evenly.
- 9. Let the pasta rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving, so that the flavors blend well.
