Then, the meat is mixed with the vegetables and the cooking broth is diluted with hot water. The soup is left to cook for 15 minutes and then served in a soup tureen, with rice as the base, followed by crushed tomatoes, chopped parsley, and the soup poured on top.

- 3 Carrots Carrots
- 1 Turnip Turnip
- 2 Leeks Leeks
- 1 Celery Celery
- 2 Tomatoes Tomatoes
- Chopped Parsley Chopped Parsley

Instructions
- Cook the rice for 18 minutes with 3 cups of salted water.
- In the meantime, chop the meat, peel and dice all the vegetables except the tomatoes, softening them in boiling water for 6 minutes.
- Then mix the meat with the vegetables and extend the cooking broth with hot water and let it cook for 15 minutes.
- Peel the tomatoes and crush them.
- Serve by putting the rice in a soup bowl, then the crushed tomatoes, the chopped parsley and pour the soup on top.
