  • 5. Steam the meatballs for about 10 minutes, until well cooked.
  • 6. Meanwhile, in a pan, heat 6 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 7. Add the crushed garlic cloves and the chopped chili pepper to the pan. Cook for a few minutes, until the garlic is golden.
  • 8. Add the anchovy fillets in oil to the pan and cook until they have melted well.
  • 9. Strain the hot oil from the pan and pour it over the meatballs arranged on the serving plate.
  • 10. Serve the hot broccoli meatballs and enjoy them immediately.
